Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in VRF/VRV systems.
- Experience working with Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, or similar brands.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical controls, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in installation, commissioning, repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams, piping schematics, and service manuals.
- Good communication skills in English.
- GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Performing preventive maintenance (PPM) for VRF/VRV systems.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults.
- Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and piping schematics.
- Carrying out compressor replacement, PCB replacement, DC fan motor replacement, brazing, and nitrogen welding.
- Performing pressure testing, vacuum dehydration, refrigerant recovery, and gas charging.
- Installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting indoor and outdoor units.
- Working with controllers and BMS integration.
- Monitoring system performance and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate maintenance and commissioning records.
- Following occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and using PPE.
- Assisting and guiding junior technicians.
- Coordinating technical issues with clients and management.
