Working Hours & Shift Schedule
- Working Days: Monday – Friday & Sunday
- Shift Timing (Rotational):
- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Off Days: 4 Days per Month
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Secondary Education or relevant certification
- Diploma / Certificate in Food Science / Quality Control preferred
- Mandatory experience in Dairy or Food Manufacturing QC
- Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP & Food Safety Standards
Job Responsibilities – QC Technician
Sampling & Testing Duties
- Flash-out powder sampling
- Product change activity checks
- Raw material sampling for R&D laboratory analysis
Quality & Hygiene Checks
- Swab tests on equipment
- Environmental hygiene checks
- Workers’ hand swab testing
- Ensuring compliance with food safety standards
