1. Fire Alarm Technician
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Fire Safety Systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an FDA Technician or Fire Alarm Technician.
- Experience in installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
- Experience in construction, industrial, or commercial projects preferred.
- Knowledge of Saudi fire safety regulations and standards is an advantage.
- Certification in fire alarm systems or fire safety training preferred.
- GCC experience preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Install fire alarm panels, detectors, sensors, control devices, and related cabling.
- Perform testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire detection and alarm systems.
- Repair faulty detectors, control panels, sensors, and wiring.
- Ensure proper wiring, termination, and labeling of fire alarm circuits.
- Follow project specifications and technical drawings.
2. Mechanical Technician (HVAC and Pumps)
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician.
- Experience in construction, industrial, or oil & gas projects.
- Hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, valves, HVAC systems, and maintenance tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and testing methods.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.
- GCC experience preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in installation, assembly, and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
- Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain pumps, HVAC systems, piping, and machinery.
- Read and interpret P&ID drawings and technical specifications.
