Job Requirements
Candidates should meet the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) within the food manufacturing industry.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory quality role.
- Certified HACCP Practitioner.
- ISO 22000 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification is preferred.
- Experience in BRCGS and/or FSSC 22000 implementation is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) food safety regulations and Saudi labeling requirements.
- Experience handling customer audits and third-party audits.
