Job Responsibilities
The Production Manager will be responsible for:
- Preparing and managing daily production schedules.
- Monitoring day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure quality production.
- Coordinating with Materials Management, Warehouse, Sanitation, and Maintenance teams.
- Estimating production time, cost, and maintaining quality standards.
- Conducting product quality audits such as SQMS, YUM, ISO22K, and BRCGS.
- Monitoring production processes and adjusting schedules when necessary.
- Ensuring continuous quality inspections throughout the production process.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and operational efficiency.
