Job Responsibilities
The selected NI Adjuster will be responsible for adjustment, testing and commissioning of elevators and escalators.
Key duties include:
- Reviewing approved drawings, wiring diagrams and technical specifications.
- Performing mechanical and electrical installation, inspection and adjustment work.
- Configuring controllers and drive systems.
- Adjusting speed, floor settings, door timing and VVVF drives.
- Performing encoder alignment and motor tuning.
- Adjusting and calibrating door mechanisms.
- Inspecting and testing safety circuits.
- Testing alarm systems, fire interfaces, ARD and MRD systems.
- Conducting functional testing of load, safety gear, governor, limits and brakes.
- Inspecting wiring connections and control panel termination.
- Adjusting switch settings.
- Troubleshooting electrical and communication errors.
- Using diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, tachometers, ammeters, clamp meters and meggers.
- Attending technical training and certification programmes.
- Following site safety, quality and company regulations.
Required Qualifications
Candidates applying for the NI Adjuster position should have:
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in elevator and escalator adjustment, testing or commissioning.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical elevator systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Salary & Benefits
