Job Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
- Troubleshooting refrigeration systems.
- Maintaining laundry equipment.
- Ensuring preventive maintenance of catering equipment.
- Following safety and operational standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel in the Gulf region.
- Must possess a Trade Test Certificate.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional maintenance team.
