Position: HSE Engineer
Total Vacancies: 30
Candidates should have substantial experience in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management, particularly in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, construction, fabrication, installation or commissioning projects.
Educational Qualifications
Applicants must possess any of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Diploma in Engineering.
- Relevant Science qualification.
- Degree or Diploma in an HSE-related discipline from an authorised institution.
Mandatory Certifications
Candidates must have the following certifications:
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification, subject to ADNOC Group approval.
- Lead Auditor certification in ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 or equivalent.
- Training in Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis.
- Additional HSE certifications will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant HSE experience.
- Experience in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects or operations.
- Experience in Oil & Gas or petrochemical industries.
- Previous onshore or offshore experience in any GCC country.
Candidates with previous HSE approval from the following companies will be highly preferred:

- Qatar Energy / Qatar Gas
- Bahrain Oil & Gas
- Oman Petroleum
- KPOC / KPE
- Other major Oil & Gas companies.
Key Skills Required
Applicants should have good knowledge and experience in:
- HSE management systems and applicable legislation.
- Preparation and implementation of HSE plans.

- Leading HSE teams.
- Permit to Work (PTW) and Work Management Systems (WMS).
- Risk assessments and safety procedures.
