1. Civil Construction Manager
Salary: AED 18,000 – 20,000 Per Month
Absolute Technical Systems LLP is hiring experienced Civil Construction Managers for a long-term Oil & Gas project in Abu Dhabi.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage, plan and monitor civil construction activities.
- Ensure construction work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC and HSE teams.
- Monitor project progress and construction resources.
- Identify and resolve construction-related issues and schedule deviations.
- Ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in civil construction management.
- Strong experience in Oil & Gas or industrial construction projects.
- Good leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of project standards and construction requirements.
2. Civil Planning Engineer
Salary: AED 12,000 – 14,000 Per Month
Candidates with civil engineering qualifications and project planning experience can apply for the Civil Planning Engineer position.

- Develop, maintain and track project schedules.
- Plan and monitor civil construction activities.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations.
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams.
