Job Requirements and Qualifications
1. Fabricator
- Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance workshops or fabrication shops.
- Hands-on experience in piping, vessel and tank fabrication.
- Experience in repair and fabrication works.
- Relevant Oil & Gas or industrial workshop experience is required.
2. Valve Technician
- Minimum 10 years of experience in repairing, testing and bench fitting all types of manual and control valves.
- ITI qualification is mandatory.
- Practical experience with valve test benches is essential.
- Relevant industrial maintenance experience is required.
3. Workshop Technician
- Minimum 7 years of workshop experience.
- Skilled in repairing and overhauling lathe, milling, drilling, grinding and welding machines.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
4. Welding Cum Fabrication Supervisor
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Fabrication Foreman or Supervisor.
- Good knowledge of ASME, API and ASTM standards.
- NDT Level II certification is preferred.
- Diploma or ITI qualification is required.
- Experience in fabrication supervision and workshop operations is essential.
5. Rigging / Lifting Foreman
- Minimum 10 years of experience in lifting activities at Oil & Gas plant sites.
- Must be capable of performing Appointed Person duties.
- Relevant rigging and lifting operations experience is required.
General Requirements
