1. Refit Coordinator – West Pier Department
Salary: SAR 7,000 – 9,000
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Marine Engineering.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in shipyard or marine project coordination.
- Experience in vessel refit, repair, and maintenance projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality and safety compliance standards.
- Ability to coordinate resources and ensure timely project completion.
2. Electrical Group Leader
Requirements:
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in shipyard, marine, or offshore industries.
- Experience in electrical maintenance, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Proven leadership experience managing electrical teams.
3. Diesel Mechanic Group Leader
Requirements:
- Diploma or ITI in Diesel Mechanics or equivalent.
- Minimum 7–10 years of marine, offshore, or shipyard experience.
- Expertise in maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of diesel engines and generators.
- Strong supervisory and team management skills.
4. Marine Mechanic Group Leader
Requirements:
- Diploma or ITI in Marine Mechanics or equivalent.
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant shipyard or marine industry experience.
- Experience handling propulsion systems, pumps, valves, engines, and auxiliary machinery.
- Ability to lead maintenance and repair teams.
5. Multicraft Group Leader
Requirements:
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Fabrication, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 7–10 years of offshore, marine, or shipyard project experience.
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams involved in:
- Mechanical works
- Electrical works
- Piping works
- Fabrication works
- Strong coordination and leadership skills.
6. Welding / Painting QC Inspector
Salary: SAR 4,000 – 5,000
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Valid CSWIP, BGAS, or NACE certification.
- Minimum 5–7 years of shipyard, marine, or offshore experience.
- Expertise in welding, blasting, painting inspection, and quality control.
- Knowledge of international quality standards and project specifications.
7. Rigging Foreman
Salary: SAR 3,000 – 4,000
Requirements:
- Valid TUV or equivalent Third-Party Rigging Certification.
- Minimum 7 years of shipyard, marine, or offshore project experience.
- Experience supervising lifting and rigging operations.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and lifting plans.
