Job Requirements
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in VRF/VRV systems.
- Experience with brands like Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Samsung, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, controls, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in installation, commissioning, repair, and preventive maintenance of VRF/VRV systems.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams, piping schematics, and service manuals.
- Good communication skills in English.
- GCC experience is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Performing preventive maintenance (PPM) on VRF/VRV systems.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults.
- Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and piping schematics.
- Repairing components including PCB, DC fan motors, compressors, and performing brazing under nitrogen.
- Carrying out pressure testing, vacuum dehydration, refrigerant recovery, and gas charging.
- Installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting indoor and outdoor units.
- Integrating controllers and BMS systems.
- Monitoring system performance and optimizing efficiency.
- Maintaining service reports and commissioning records.
- Following OHS safety standards and PPE requirements.
- Supporting junior technicians and working effectively within a team.
- Communicating technical issues with clients and management.
