📋 Job Qualifications and Requirements
🔹 General Manager
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering (10–20 years’ experience).
- Proven track record as a Unit Head.
- Familiar with GCC/UAE Oil & Gas markets.
- Must lead junior management teams.
- UAE/GCC driving license preferred.
🔹 Business Development Manager
- Mechanical Engineer with 10–15 years of overseas experience.
- Specialized in fabrication (CRA Overlay, Cladding, Piping & Fittings).
- Prior experience with GCC contractors is essential.
- Must report to GM/Unit Head.
- Driving license preferred.
🔹 Production/Fabrication Manager
- Mechanical Engineer with 10–15 years of experience.
- Team-oriented and resourceful.
- Experience in large fabrication with GCC exposure.
- Reports to Senior Operations Manager.
🔹 Senior Welding Engineer
- Mechanical Engineer with CSWIP certification.
- Experience in large fabrication companies.
- Skilled in all types of welding processes.
- Able to guide teams for skill development.
- Reports to QC Manager.
🔧 Required Expertise
Candidates must have experience in:
- Large fabrication (piping, spools, fittings).
- CRA weld overlay cladding techniques.
