Job Summary
The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day production operations in a water treatment membranes facility. The role involves ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining equipment efficiency, and adhering to safety and quality standards.
This position is critical for the continuous and high-quality production of membranes used in advanced water purification systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor membrane manufacturing equipment.
- Track process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates, dosing).
- Maintain accurate production data logs and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Work with maintenance, engineering, and quality assurance teams.
- Keep production areas clean and organized as per 5S standards.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or technical/vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or chemical operations (post-secondary preferred).
- Knowledge of membrane production processes (casting, coating, drying, lamination) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and climb ladders.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 kg.
- Work in environments with moderate noise, humidity, and temperature changes.
