Job Position: Foreman – AC (HVAC)
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
- Handle chillers, AHU, FCU, VRF units, and central plants
- Manage brazing and compressor replacement works
- Ensure preventive maintenance and PPM schedules
- Lead HVAC technicians and ensure work quality & safety
Required Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in HVAC field
- Strong knowledge in:
- Brazing & compressor replacement
- HVAC equipment maintenance
- Chiller, AHU, FCU, CCU & VRF systems
- Good working knowledge of PPM in HVAC equipment
