1. Quantity Surveyor (Civil / Mechanical)
Salary: SR 3000 – 5000 (Negotiable)
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in civil and mechanical construction projects.
- Experience in LSTK and long-term projects.
- Strong knowledge of project estimation, commercial and technical bids.
- Ability to prepare BOQs, invoices, manpower planning, and project schedules.
- Experience in client meetings, claim preparation, and project cost control.
- Saudi Aramco, SABIC, EPC, or Middle East experience preferred.
2. Accounts Personnel
Salary: Negotiable
Requirements:
- MBA Finance qualification preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in construction companies.
- Knowledge of balance sheets, accounts auditing, receivables, payables, and cash flow management.
- Familiarity with modern accounting software.
3. Insulation Division Supervisor
Salary: SR 2000 – 3000
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 4–6 years of experience in insulation and cladding projects.
- Ability to read piping, fitting, and equipment drawings.
- Strong supervisory and team management skills.
4. TIG & ARC Welder (CS, SS & Inconel)
Salary: SR 2200 – 2800
Requirements:
- Experience in GTAW (TIG) and SMAW (ARC) welding.
- Knowledge of carbon steel, stainless steel, and Inconel welding.
- Familiarity with Aramco, ASME, AWS, and international welding standards.
- Valid welding certifications preferred.
5. Pipe Fabricator
Salary: SR 2000 – 2300
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience in pipe fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of flanges, valves, pipe fittings, and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to read GA, P&ID, and isometric drawings.
- Gulf experience mandatory.
6. Structural Fabricator
Salary: SR 1800 – 2000
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of structural fabrication experience.
- Knowledge of steel structures, columns, beams, plates, and profiles.
- Ability to interpret fabrication drawings accurately.
7. Insulator / Sheet Metal Fabricator
Salary: SR 1500 – 1700
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in insulation and cladding work.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand fabrication requirements.
- Experience in piping and equipment insulation projects.
