1. Water Feature / Fountain Technician
- Must have expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing water features and fountains.
- Knowledge of pump systems, filtration, and water treatment required.
2. Pump Technician
- Experience in handling and maintaining different types of pumps.
- Troubleshooting and repairing pump malfunctions.
3. Plumbers (Large Nos)
- Expertise in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of water supply networks, fixtures, and fittings.
4. Indoor Plant Gardeners
- Skilled in maintaining and caring for indoor plants.
- Expertise in watering schedules, pruning, and pest control.
5. Masons
- Experienced in construction and maintenance of walls, floors, and other structures.
- Proficient in working with bricks, stones, and concrete.
6. Assistant Plumber
- Assisting lead plumbers in installations and repairs.
- Handling tools and ensuring smooth workflow.
7. MEP Helpers
- Providing assistance in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects.
- Supporting technicians in installation and maintenance tasks.
8. Electricians (For Generators & LS Lights)
- Expertise in electrical wiring, generator maintenance, and lighting systems.
- Experience with low voltage (LS) lighting systems preferred.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in their respective fields.
- Must possess original educational and experience certificates.
