Key Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory Nuclear Power Plant Experience
- Previous outage or shutdown experience in Nuclear Power Plants is required.
- Nuclear power plant experience is mandatory for all Supervisor and I&C positions.
- Experience in construction or commissioning activities alone will not be considered.
Technical Requirements
- Experience in FW, CW, RCS, and AOV/MOV systems.
- Strong technical competency in the relevant discipline.
- Nuclear primary-side equipment experience is highly preferred.
- Turbine-side experience alone is not sufficient.
Electrical Technician Requirements
- Candidates with transformer maintenance experience can apply.
- Nuclear experience may not be mandatory for Electrical Technician roles if relevant transformer expertise is available.
Communication Skills
- Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Supervisory Skills
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to supervise shutdown maintenance activities efficiently.
