1. Lab Technician
Salary: AED 2,500
Qualification
- ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience
Experience Required
- Hands-on experience in concrete and precast laboratory operations
- Experience working as a Lab Technician in construction or precast industries
2. Electrician
Salary: AED 3,000
Qualification
- ITI or Diploma
- Minimum 7–9 years of experience
Experience Required
- Industrial electrical maintenance
- Troubleshooting and machine maintenance
- Electrical wiring of industrial machinery
- PLC controls, drives, boards, and related systems
3. QC / Lab Engineering
Salary: AED 5,000
Qualification
- Diploma or Graduate in Civil Engineering
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years in precast factories, cement product factories, or ready-mix concrete plants
- Mix design preparation
- Raw material testing
- Product testing including:
- RCPT Test
- Water Permeability Test
- Cube and Cylinder Tests
- Technical submittals and compliance statement preparation
- Preference for candidates with experience in concrete pipe manufacturing
