1. Hydraulic Technicians
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems
- Read blueprints and hydraulic diagrams
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid system failures
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hydraulic issues
- Welding, metal fabrication, and electrical assembly (optional)
- Inspect, test, and reassemble hydraulic machines
- Use measuring instruments and meters to check voltage, amperage, and temperature
2. Pump Technicians
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand pump operations and troubleshooting methods
- Service and install marine pumping systems (sea water, lube oil, cargo pumps, screw pumps, etc.)
- Attend site jobs and stay overnight when required
- Handle night calls if needed
- Complete job worksheets and timecards accurately
- Maintain safety for co-workers, clients, and equipment
- Read measuring instruments such as bore gauge, micrometer, and vernier
- Welding knowledge is an added advantage
3. Technicians for Repair of Engines
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or ITI Certificate (Mandatory)
- Minimum 7 years experience in overhauling and repairing engines
- Experience with Caterpillar, Cummins, and similar engines
- High-speed engine experience for marine industry preferred
