- Basic Salary: SR 3,000 – SR 3,500

Shipping Assistant – Salary
- Basic Salary: SR 1,800
- Food Allowance: SR 450

Job Responsibilities
Shipping Assistant with IT Knowledge
- Book shipments with shipping lines.
- Coordinate with all parties for container stuffing.
- Process shipping instructions.
- Handle Bill of Lading (BL) processing.
- Prepare and process manifests.
- Generate reports and maintain documentation.
- Work with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
- Use Excel formulas to create analytical reports.
Shipping Assistant
- Book shipments with shipping lines.
- Coordinate container stuffing activities.
- Process shipping instructions.
- Handle BL processing.
- Prepare shipping manifests.
Working Hours
- 8 Hours Duty + 2 Hours Additional Work (included in other allowance)
- 6 Working Days per Week
- Friday Off
Required Skills
- Knowledge of shipping documentation.
- Experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong Excel skills (mandatory for IT Knowledge position).
- Experience with Power BI is an added advantage.
