Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Experience in India, Gulf countries, or Singapore Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Leading and supervising Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) site activities.
- Coordinating with the main contractor, client, project manager, and site engineers.
- Planning and monitoring project execution as per schedule.
- Participating in safety, progress, and subcontractor meetings.
- Guiding and mentoring project engineers, site engineers, and supervisors.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Preparing site reports, work schedules, and daily progress updates.
- Resolving technical and site-related issues independently.
- Coordinating with E&I managers and project teams for smooth project execution.
