1. Pipe Fabricator
Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret piping isometric drawings, spool sheets, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Coordinate with QC Inspectors for dimensional checks and fit-up inspections.
- Ensure material identification and traceability before fabrication.
- Follow ASME B31.3 fabrication requirements and standards.
- Maintain quality and safety standards throughout fabrication activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial pipe fabrication.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Plant projects preferred.
- Knowledge of ASME B31.3 standards.
- Valid trade certificate or equivalent vocational qualification.
2. Piping Support Fitter
Job Responsibilities
- Mark, cut, drill, and weld support steelwork as per project specifications.
- Install fabricated supports according to approved drawings.
- Ensure accurate positioning based on coordinates, elevation, and line numbers.
- Follow PTW compliance and safe work practices.
- Handle rigging and support assembly installation safely.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in piping support fabrication and installation.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures.
3. Pipe Welder 6G (Multi)
Job Responsibilities
- Perform 6G pipe welding using GTAW (TIG), SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW processes.
- Coordinate with fabrication and QC teams for inspections.
- Ensure compliance with welding procedures and project standards.
- Prevent welding defects through proper techniques and parameter control.
Requirements
- Proven experience in 6G pipe welding.
- Ability to weld various material types and thicknesses.
- Knowledge of NDT inspection requirements.
- Experience in industrial projects is preferred.
Special Requirement
