Salary: SR 11,160
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in processing, utilities, or maintenance within food manufacturing or seafood plants.
- Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems, boilers, compressors, and water systems.
- Strong leadership in plant operations and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with SAP PM or similar maintenance software.
2. Senior Team Manager
Salary: SR 7,200
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
- 5–7 years of experience in engineering maintenance within food processing or industrial plants.
- Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of refrigeration and cold chain systems.
- Experience in seafood processing plants is preferred.
3. QA Manager
Salary: SR 5,400
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of Quality Assurance experience in seafood, food manufacturing, FMCG, or processing industries.
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, GMP, and food safety systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Internal Auditor certification is an added advantage.
4. Maintenance Planner
Salary: SR 4,560
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Maintenance Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of maintenance planning experience.
- Experience with CMMS/SAP PM and maintenance scheduling.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, spare parts planning, and refrigeration systems.
- Experience in seafood or food processing industries preferred.
5. Training Officer
Salary: SR 3,800 – SR 4,560
Requirements:
- Diploma graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, HR, Training, or Education.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Previous experience in a food processing plant is required.
