Job Requirements
AC Technician (Central Plant)
- Experience working in chiller plants.
- Knowledge of central air-conditioning systems.
- Ability to perform maintenance and troubleshooting.
AC Duct Installer & Fabricator
- Strong experience in duct installation.
- Skilled in fabrication and assembly of duct systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
Tile Fixer
- Experience fixing large-format tiles (1m × 1m).
- Knowledge of cutting and fitting tiles around obstacles and openings.
- Skilled in mixing and applying cement, adhesives, and grout.
Electrician
- Experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Previous hospital project experience preferred.
Plumber
- Experience installing and maintaining pipes, valves, fittings, and drainage systems.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
