- Salary: SAR 4,200 – 4,500 + Food
- Experience required in professional kitchen operations.
2. CDP B (Chef De Partie B)
- Salary: SAR 3,800 – 4,200 + Food
- Must have experience in food preparation and kitchen management.
3. DCDP A (Demi Chef De Partie A)
- Salary: SAR 2,800 – 3,200 + Food
- Experience in assisting senior chefs preferred.
4. DCDP B (Demi Chef De Partie B)
- Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,000 + Food
- Knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards required.
5. Chef Steward
- Salary: SAR 4,000 – 5,000 + Food
- Experience in kitchen stewarding and team supervision.
6. Steward
- Salary: SAR 1,500 – 1,800 + Food
- Responsible for cleaning, kitchen support, and maintaining hygiene standards.
7. Pastry Commis 1
- Salary: SAR 1,800 – 2,200 + Food
- Experience in pastry and bakery production preferred.
8. Pastry Commis 2
- Salary: SAR 1,400 – 1,700 + Food
- Basic pastry preparation and baking skills required.
