Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3-year Diploma in the relevant field
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience in MEP and Facilities Management projects
- Gulf experience will be an added advantage
- Good technical knowledge related to the applied position
- Ability to work in maintenance and facility management environments

Responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial facilities.
Mechanical Technician
Handles maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, pumps, motors, and facility systems.
Fire Alarm Technician
Experienced in installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems.
CCTV Technician
Responsible for CCTV camera installation, monitoring systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Electronics Technician
Performs maintenance and repair of electronic control systems and equipment.

Works on high-voltage and medium-voltage electrical systems, maintenance, and fault diagnosis.
