Job Requirements
Applicants should meet the following qualifications and experience:
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in Onshore/Offshore fabrication projects involving:
- Sleeper Structures
- Deck Structures
- Jacket Structures
- Strong knowledge of international standards including:
- AWS
- ASME
- BS EN
- API
- ASTM
- DNV
- NACE
- ISA
- ANSI
- IEEE
- NEMA
Required Certifications
Candidates should possess one or more of the following certifications:
- CSWIP 3.1 or higher
- AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
- SCWI
- ASNT Level II (UT, RT, PT, MT)
Technical Knowledge
Applicants should have good knowledge of the following codes and standards:
- TWI
- AWS D1.1
- API 1104
- API RP 2X
- ASME Section IX
- ASME Section V
- ASME Section III
- API 650
- API RP 2A-WSD
- Offshore structural fabrication standards
