1️⃣ QC Inspector – API Machine Shop
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Must have NDT Level II Certification
- Minimum 3 years experience as QC Inspector
- Experience preferred in Threading Disciplines / API Companies
- Knowledge of API 6A, API 16A, 5CT, 7-1 standards
2️⃣ QA/QC Engineer / Supervisor
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- API Product Specification knowledge
- NDT Level II (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management
- Experience in API-certified oilfield manufacturing or service environment
- Certified Lead Auditor – ISO 9001:2015 or API Q1
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Wellhead Equipment (API 6A)
- BOPs (API 16A)
- Casing & Tubing (API 5CT)
- Drill Stem Elements (API 7-1)
3️⃣ Welding Engineer / Supervisor
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- CSWIP 3.1 certification
- ASNT NDT Level II
- Minimum 5 years experience in QA/QC process in Oil & Gas field
- Experience as Welding Engineer/Supervisor (Repair & Manufacturing)
- Preference for API 6A / API 16A background
- Good knowledge of ASME Sections & API Welding Requirements
- Ability to prepare:
- WPS / PQR
- Welder Qualifications
