Available Positions
1. Site Supervisor (Maintenance)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.E.) in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Fit-Out Projects and Site Supervision
- Strong knowledge of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works
- Experience in facility maintenance projects preferred
2. Kitchen Equipment Technician
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in a relevant technical field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing commercial kitchen equipment
- Experience with:
- Deep Fryers
- Pressure Fryers
- Ovens
- Boilers
- Grills
- Other commercial kitchen equipment
3. HVAC Technician
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Air Conditioning Repair and Maintenance
- Strong knowledge of:
- Chillers
- Freezers
- Refrigeration Systems
- Experience in facility maintenance environments preferred
General Requirements
- Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management and Maintenance.
- Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
- Age limit: Up to 45 Years
