1. Shift In Charge
Qualification:
- BE / Diploma
Experience Required:
- 10 years of total experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ERW Tube Mill.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor process parameters including forming, welding, seam annealing, sizing, cooling, and end beveling.
- Ensure API 5L quality compliance.
- Good knowledge of steel grades and mechanical properties.
- Awareness of microstructure analysis for ERW tubes.
- Familiarity with NDT, ECT, and Hydro Testing pressures.
- Ability to understand CAD drawings and roll drawings.
2. Electrical Technician
Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI
Experience Required:
- 8 years of total experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot ERW Tube Mill electrical systems.
- Experience with AC/DC drives, VFDs, motors, and control panels.
- Maintenance of HF welders, MIG welders, and arc welding machines.
- Understanding of SCADA and HMI systems.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and hydraulic systems.
