Candidates should have:
- Experience in tendering, cost estimation, pricing, BOQs, technical/commercial proposals, and bid coordination
- Strong knowledge in quantity take-off, rate analysis, subcontractor/vendor quotations, and construction methodologies
- Experience in CANDY or similar estimation software preferred
Estimation Engineer
Requirements:
- Experience in BOQs, quantity take-off, pricing, and preparation of technical/commercial submissions
- Good knowledge of construction materials, productivity rates, and project costing
- Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software
Road Design Engineer
Applicants must have:
- Strong knowledge of geometric road design, pavement design, alignments, profiles, and cross-sections
- Familiarity with standards such as OHDs, AASHTO, DMRB, and local authority requirements
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and related design software
Hydro-BIM Specialist & Construction Intelligence
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in BIM, hydrology support, or construction data analysis
- Strong knowledge in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and BIM coordination
- Experience in clash detection, drainage coordination, dashboards, and project data analysis
- Knowledge in Power BI and Excel reporting preferred
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in infrastructure and road construction projects
- Candidates should have infrastructure/road construction background
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in road and highway projects
- GCC experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Immediate or short notice candidates preferred
