Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Diploma, ITI, or Technical Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related trade.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building or facility maintenance.
- Good knowledge of:

- HVAC systems
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Painting
- General maintenance works
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems is an added advantage.
