Key Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Technician (HVAC), your duties will include:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, Chillers, VRF, Split Units)
- Performing mechanical works including piping, ducting, and plumbing
- Troubleshooting cooling, airflow, and temperature control issues
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Conducting hydro testing, leak testing, and pressure testing
- Maintenance of pumps, compressors, and motors
- Supporting installation and commissioning of MEP systems
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and project requirements
- Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Required Skills & Expertise
Candidates must have:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP standards
- Experience in oil & gas / petrochemical / refinery projects (preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC systems
- Familiarity with safety procedures and industrial standards
- Good technical and problem-solving skills
