Experience Required
Applicants should possess:
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in Oil & Gas estimation and tendering
- Experience handling large-scale EPC and maintenance projects
- Prior GCC/Oman experience preferred
- Excellent leadership and commercial management skills
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading cost estimation and proposal preparation for Oil & Gas projects
- Managing tendering processes and bid strategies
- Conducting commercial evaluations and risk assessments
- Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and project teams
- Ensuring proposals are accurate, competitive, and compliant with client requirements
- Driving successful tender submissions and business growth initiatives
Tender Review & Bid Preparation Activities
Key activities include:
Review Tender Documents
- Review ITT, RFQs, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope of work documents
- Handle tenders from major clients such as PDO, Oxy Oman, Daleel Petroleum LLC, and CC Energy Development
Analyze Project Requirements
- Evaluate technical specifications
- Review contract conditions and commercial terms
- Identify project risks and opportunities
Prepare Cost Estimates
- Develop detailed estimates for:
- Civil works
- Mechanical projects
- Electrical systems
- Piping works
- Structural projects
- Infrastructure works
- Maintenance contracts
Commercial Evaluation
- Estimate costs for manpower, equipment, materials, logistics, and subcontractors
- Prepare costing sheets and pricing models
- Generate commercial summaries and bid reports
