Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily construction and site activities. Their duties may include:
- Managing workers, subcontractors and site teams
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings and specifications
- Ensuring construction work follows approved drawings and quality standards
- Monitoring construction progress and reporting to the Project Engineer or Manager
- Checking materials, workmanship and site measurements
- Coordinating with engineers, contractors and other site teams
- Maintaining site records and daily progress reports
- Ensuring workplace safety and housekeeping standards
- Identifying site-related issues and assisting in resolving construction problems
- Ensuring project activities are completed according to the required schedule
Eligibility and Requirements
Candidates applying for the positions should have 3–5 years of relevant construction experience. Site supervision or Foreman experience is required.
Applicants should also have:
- Good knowledge of construction methods and site activities
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Good team management and communication skills
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work responsibly under pressure
- A hardworking and responsible attitude
- Previous Maldives experience will be an advantage
Salary and Benefits
