Job Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment including ovens, ranges, fryers, grills, slicers, food processors, refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashers.
- Troubleshoot and maintain laundry equipment such as heavy-duty washing machines, dryers, industrial ironers, and folding machines.
- Ensure preventive maintenance for smooth and efficient operation of all equipment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have prior experience in kitchen and laundry equipment maintenance.
- Ability to handle troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a professional hospitality environment.
