Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required
- Minimum 5+ years of Mechanical/HVAC BIM Modelling experience
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC
- Good understanding of HVAC systems and site coordination
- Knowledge of ASHRAE and SMACNA standards is mandatory
- Ability to review material submittals and modify Revit families
- Experience in creating and updating 3D BIM models for:
- HVAC Systems
- Ductwork
- Chilled Water Piping
- Ventilation Systems
- FCUs
- AHUs
- Plant Rooms
Electrical BIM Modeller
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience Required
- Minimum 5+ years of Electrical BIM Modelling experience
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC
- Good understanding of electrical systems and coordination
- Knowledge of DEWA regulations is compulsory
- Ability to review material submittals and modify BIM model families
- Experience in creating and updating BIM models for:
- Cable Trays
- Conduits
- Trunking
- Lighting Systems
- Power Sockets
- Distribution Boards (DBs)
- Electrical Panels
- ELV Systems
