Job Requirements
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of IT Support/Desktop Support experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune
- Experience with Active Directory, Windows, and Networking
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools
- Excellent English communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science is preferred
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing L2 technical support to end users
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and email-related issues
- Managing Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
- Handling user account management in Active Directory & Azure AD
- Resolving support tickets within SLA compliance
