🎓 Qualification & Experience
Candidates with relevant ITI, Diploma or equivalent technical qualifications and experience in the respective field can apply.
Experience requirements vary by position. Several technical and supervisory positions require experience in power plants, rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, valves, instrumentation, electrical maintenance, RO plants and desalination plants.
For example:
- Welders: up to 10 years’ experience with SMAW/TIG/ARC and relevant welding certifications.
- Mechanical/rotating equipment roles: experience with turbines, pumps, compressors and alignment.
- Instrumentation roles: experience in field instruments, calibration, control valves and troubleshooting.
- Electrical roles: experience with generators, transformers, switchgear, UPS and GIS.
- CCTV Technician: 5+ years’ experience with CCTV/O&M and English fluency.
