Position Details
Role: Civil Engineer (Concrete Quality Control & Production)
As a Civil Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality control of all concrete products, ensuring strength, durability, and sustainability. The job also involves research, innovation, and coordination with factory teams to ensure the highest standards of production.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality control of all concrete products.
- Conduct laboratory and field tests (compression, flexural, abrasion, sieve analysis, etc.).
- Ensure consistency and quality of incoming raw materials.
- Design and optimize concrete mixes for strength and durability.
- Monitor and manage concrete production processes for efficiency and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with factory production teams to ensure product quality.
- Stay updated with new developments in concrete technology, pavers, blocks, and kerbs.
- Research new materials and additives for better performance and sustainability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting at factory or project sites.
