1. HVAC Technicians
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience (expertise in chillers preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
2. Service Managers / Assistant Managers
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience with chillers
- Expertise in various chiller brands (York, Trane, Petra, Zamil, Carrier)
- Experience in compressor overhauling and troubleshooting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage manpower and control costs
3. HVAC Supervisors / Foreman
Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience with chillers
- Strong expertise in HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package/split systems)
- Ability to lead projects and ensure timely completion
- Coordination with project managers and mentoring technicians
4. HVAC Service Coordinators
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a service coordinator role
- Background in HVAC industry
- Ability to manage projects, monitor progress, and oversee material delivery
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Leadership and training skills
