Job Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC site construction.
- Experience working on:
- Office Complexes
- Substations
- Industrial Buildings
- Hotels
- Hospitals
- Residential & Commercial Buildings
- Knowledge of HVAC testing, commissioning, and project handover.
- Ability to manage manpower, materials, and overall site progress.
- Strong understanding of quality standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation activities on-site.
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover of HVAC systems.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
