This is an excellent overseas opportunity for qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineers with strong industrial HVAC design experience, especially in petrochemical, refinery, or offshore projects.
The recruitment is handled by a licensed Indian manpower consultancy. Candidates with process plant and hazardous area HVAC experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for end-to-end HVAC system engineering and execution for industrial and hazardous environments. Major duties include:
- Design of industrial HVAC systems for:
- Process plants
- Control rooms
- Hazardous classified areas (ATEX / IECEx zones)
- Preparation of:
- Technical specifications
- Datasheets
- RFQs for HVAC equipment
- Review of:
- P&IDs
- Duct layouts
- HVAC control schematics
- BMS integration drawings
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems
- Ensure compliance with API, NFPA, ASHRAE, and Shell DEP standards
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams
- Develop preventive maintenance programs for critical HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot airflow imbalance, refrigerant leaks, and control failures
- Conduct energy audits and efficiency improvement studies
- Evaluate vendor proposals and perform technical bid evaluations
- Witness FAT and inspect delivered equipment
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following academic and certification requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering OR
- Electrical Engineering OR
- HVAC Engineering
- Preferred Certifications:
- PE (Professional Engineer) License
- ASHRAE Certification
- HVAC Design Certification
- Energy Modeling Certification
- ATEX / IECEx knowledge preferred
Experience Requirements

- Minimum 8+ years of HVAC engineering experience
- Background in:
- Petrochemical plants

- Offshore facilities
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Chilled water systems
- DX systems
- Pressurization systems
- BMS & PLC controls
