Job Responsibilities
As an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations efficiently. Your key duties will include:
1. Inventory Management
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with hiring and training employees.
- Oversee inventory receipt, packing materials, and general items.
- Conduct physical inventory checks and reconcile differences.
- Maintain an organized warehouse ensuring all stock is stored properly.
2. Planning & Supervision
- Schedule and oversee daily warehouse activities.
- Monitor timely dispatches according to the schedule.
- Coordinate transfer of inventory between departments.
- Enforce warehouse safety policies and standard operating procedures.
3. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare various MIS reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Collaborate with different teams for stock planning and movement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 4 to 8 years in warehouse management
