Job Position and Salary
- Position: Food Safety Manager / Lead
- Location: Saudi Arabia
- Salary: 7000 – 8000 SAR
- Duty Hours: 10 Hours
- Contract: 2 Years

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with Food Safety Level 4 Certificate
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in Catering, Hotel, or Airport Restaurant chain industry
- Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations & standards (SFDA, HACCP, ISO 22000)
- Problem-solving & analytical skills
- Leadership & communication abilities
- Ability to work independently & handle deadlines
- Organizational & reporting skills
Certifications Required
- HACCP Level-3, ISO 22000 Internal Auditor, NEBOSH IGC
- Basic Nutrition, Food Allergy & Intolerance training
- Certificate of Training in OSHA 30-Hour
Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Food Safety Manager/Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing and overseeing food safety programs.
- Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Driving the implementation of EHS & HACCP programs.
- Coordinating with authorities, both internal and external.
- Promoting continuous improvement in food safety performance.
