- Minimumย 5 years of maintenance experience
- Provenย plant-level maintenance experience
- Strongย man-management and team leadership skills
- Sound understanding ofย Manufacturing Excellence systems, including:
- 5S
- Kaizen
- 5-Why / 5-M Analysis
- Defect Elimination
- 6 Big Losses
- Experience in managingย Profit & Loss (P&L)ย responsibilities related to maintenance
- Knowledge ofย manufacturing processesย andย procurement / supply chain
- Ability to manage theย introduction of new machinery, plant, and equipment, including:
- Drawing up technical specifications
- Supplier coordination
- Complete installation and commissioning
- Strong focus onย safety, food safety, product quality, and compliance
- Ability to work with urgency without compromising standards
