📋 Job Description and Qualifications
1. Multi Technician (MEP):
- Minimum 4 years of Gulf FM experience.
- ITI/Diploma or BE/BTech in Electrical or Mechanical.
2. Electrical Technician:
- Minimum 2 years of Gulf experience.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical Maintenance.
3. HVAC Technician:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/AC & Refrigeration.
4. AC Technician:
- At least 2 years of Gulf FM experience.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or AC & Refrigeration.
5. Plumber:
- 2+ years Gulf experience in plumbing maintenance.
- Trade test/ITI required.
6. Furniture/Gypsum Carpenter:
- 2+ years Gulf experience in furniture and gypsum work.
- Trade test/ITI certification.
7. Sr. AC Technician:
- 5+ years Gulf experience.
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/AC & Refrigeration.
8. MEP Supervisor:
- 4+ years Gulf experience in MEP.
- Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical or Mechanical.
9. MEP Team Leader:
