Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: SGD 1,500 – SGD 1,800 per month (based on experience)
- Accommodation Allowance: SGD 250 per month
- Reference Gross Salary: SGD 3,000+ per month (including overtime)
- Overtime Pay: 1.5x / 2x as per Singapore MOM regulations
- Additional Overtime: SGD 12 per hour
- Average Overtime Earnings: SGD 1,600+ (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours
- Working Time: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Rest Days: 8 days per month
- Rest Day & Public Holiday OT: Paid at fixed rates
Job Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Age below 40 years
- Singapore experience in CNC Milling or Turning is mandatory
- Experience in precision machining or precision instrument manufacturing
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret 2D engineering drawings
- Capable of independently setting up machines for non-standard products
- Experience operating Mazak machines with Mazatrol or FANUC controls
- Programming skills are preferred (highly advantageous)
- Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical skills
