Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: Around SGD 2,500 (Depending on experience)
- Estimated Monthly Salary: SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,000
- Accommodation: Self
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Rest Days: 4 days per month

Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing detailed aluminium façade drawings.
- Creating shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and assembly drawings.
- Preparing installation and technical drawings.
- Working on aluminium profiles, curtain wall systems, cladding, doors, and windows.
- Reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinating with project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Ensuring drawings comply with project specifications and standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Male or Female candidates.
- Age below 40 years.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Civil Draftsman in aluminium façade or construction projects.
- Strong AutoCAD knowledge.
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate shop, fabrication, assembly, installation, and technical drawings.
- Able to read architectural, structural, and project specification drawings.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in aluminium façade, curtain wall, building envelope, or exterior construction projects is highly preferred.
- Previous Singapore or overseas aluminium façade project experience is an added advantage.
